PM Vishwakarma Certificate and ID Card

Artisans and craftspeople engaged in the initiative will be awarded the PM Vishwakarma Certificate, accompanied by the PM Vishwakarma ID Card. Each of these documents will feature a unique digital identifier that is specifically assigned and displayed. This certificate serves as formal recognition of their status as a Vishwakarma, granting them eligibility to fully avail all the benefits provided under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme. These essential credentials, the PM Vishwakarma Certificate, and ID Card will be accessible both digitally and in physical copies, ensuring widespread convenience among beneficiaries.

PM Vishwakarma Scheme Skill Upgradation

The skill enhancement initiative under the PM Vishwakarma program is specifically geared towards enriching the capabilities of traditional artisans and craftspeople. These individuals, who have honed their skills using ancestral techniques and conventional tools, take center stage in this effort. This intervention is divided into three core components: Skill Verification, Foundational Skill Development, and Advanced Skill Enhancement. This process of skill elevation encompasses the infusion of modern tools, innovative design elements, and seamless integration into the industry's value chain. Beyond domain-specific skills, this upgrade also encompasses elements that empower artisans to access various features of the scheme. These include utilizing toolkits, receiving augmented marketing support, establishing and expanding enterprises through credit facilities, and harnessing the advantages of digital transactions.

PM Vishwakarma Yojana Skill Training

The primary step in the skill enhancement process is Skill Verification, which applies to all registered beneficiaries. This pivotal stage entails evaluating the existing skill levels of these individuals. This evaluation not only initiates the skill enhancement journey but also offers valuable data for strategically charting the course of future skill development within the PM Vishwakarma framework. The Basic Training phase consists of a 40-hour duration, distributed over a span of 5 to 7 days. This segment is designed to encompass the formalization of existing skills, facilitated through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), coupled with skill enhancement. To create customized training programs for different trades or categories of Vishwakarmas and to provide relevant toolkits, the initiative has tapped into industry expertise, community organizations, and the extensive knowledge within the MSDE skill ecosystem. PM Vishwakarma yojana Training Stipend Each beneficiary shall be eligible to receive a training stipend of Rs. 500 per day while undergoing the Basic and Advanced Training programmes.

PM Vishwakarma Yojana Toolkit Incentive

Upon completion of Skill Verification at the commencement of Basic Training, beneficiaries will receive a toolkit incentive of Rs. 15,000. This incentive will be distributed to beneficiaries through e-RUPI/e-vouchers, which can then be used at designated centers to acquire enhanced toolkits.

PM Vishwakarma Loan UPto 3 Lac

The overall loan assistance amount will be Rs. 3,00,000/-. Beneficiaries have the option to access the initial loan tranche of up to Rs. 1,00,000/-, followed by a subsequent loan tranche of up to Rs. 2,00,000 Lac.
